Cash Manager for Professionals
Turn recurring cash questions into a repeatable client service
During a financial review, a client may ask why the business is profitable, but the bank balance does not reflect it, or why cash remains tight even as revenue grows.
Then the questions continue outside the review: Can I make payroll? Can I cover the upcoming tax obligation? Can I make this purchase without creating a cash shortfall?
You already know how to analyze the receivable timing, upcoming bills, cash reserves, and projected cash flow behind those questions. The time-consuming part is building the additional tools, maintaining the projections, and translating that analysis into something the client can use on an ongoing basis.
Business Cash Manager gives you a repeatable system for cash flow projections, receivable and bill management, reserve planning, and ongoing cash visibility that you can use across your client base, regardless of the accounting software they use or whether they have a formal accounting system in place.
Manage Multiple Clients From One Login
Create your Business Cash Manager account once and use the same login across the clients you support.
You can set up Cash Manager for a client, add their account information, and invite them to access it with their own login. If a client already uses Cash Manager, they can invite you to access their account instead.
Each client’s information stays separate, while you can move between the accounts you support without maintaining a different login for every client.
Set Up Cash Manager to Match Your Service Model
Clients can create their own account and invite you, or you can complete the setup on their behalf and invite them to join. When the setup begins from your account, the owner role can be transferred to the client after they are added.
Each business receives its own 30-day free trial. The subscription can be paid directly by the client or included in the fee for your services.
If you pay for the subscription and the engagement later ends, the client can take over billing without losing their setup or records. Everything entered in Cash Manager stays with the client’s business.
Keep Client Access and Records With the Business
If you have ever had to recover access to an accounting record because ownership was never transferred to the business owner, you know the frustration for both you and the client when they cannot access their own financial information.
Cash Manager keeps the records with the client’s business from the start. If you stop providing the service or stop paying for the subscription, the client can take over billing and continue using the same account with their existing records and setup.
There is no separate file to transfer, no data to recreate, and no account recovery process to manage when the professional relationship ends.
Make Cash Management a Repeatable Part of Your Client Service
Give clients a clearer way to manage everyday cash decisions while giving your practice a consistent system for cash flow projections, receivable and bill management, reserve planning, and ongoing cash visibility.
Each new business starts with a 30-day free trial.
