There is more than one way to work through reconciliation in Cash Manager. In this video, we start by adding the transactions that have actually cleared the bank account, then compare the Cash Manager balance with online banking and reconcile once the two agree. You’ll also see how this differs from entering the bank balance first and letting Cash Manager show when everything matches. Both approaches confirm the same thing: that your bank account and Cash Manager agree at a specific point in time.
