Cash Manager Step 3 Add Receivables
Receivables represent money your business expects to receive in the future. In this video, we add both recurring and one-time receivables, choose the cash account where each payment is expected to arrive, assign a category, and enter the expected payment date. You’ll see how Cash Manager uses this information to include anticipated incoming cash in your projections without increasing your actual cash balance before the payment is received. Adding receivables helps you see not only the cash you have today, but also the payments you are expecting as you look ahead.
